How to Think On Your Feet to Impress Your Guests
As RV park and campground operators, the ability to think on your feet and solve pressing problems quickly is essential. Innovation and ideas can be low tech and high touch and not just high tech and no touch. This presentation focuses on how to hone the part of the brain that can come up with great ideas so you can be more innovative and resourceful, allowing you to win over new guests and make your existing base say, “wow!”
- Learn specific techniques to come up with ideas quickly and easily . . . and how to teach these lessons to your staff.
- See problems as opportunities to shine by solving them for your guests and be better equipped to handle change—and drive change.
- Explore how to be even more resourceful and find ways to do more with less and make do with limited resources.
