**The multi-member discount rate reflects a discount of 10% and only applies when two or more attendees register for Full Registration rates at the same time, and from the same park. The multi-member rate does not apply toward the Leadership Workshop, Expo Only registration, Successful Park Operations Tours (SPOT) or the Foundation Walk.


Expo Only registration gives you admission into the Expo Hall for Wednesday AND Thursday. A welcome reception will be hosted Wednesday evening and a lunch will be served in the hall on Thursday.

Registration Policies


Cancellation/Refund Policy: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to arvc by September 25, 2016. A refund for the full conference fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee (per registrant) will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked or received after September 25, 2016.

A transfer of your full registration for the current conference is permitted by submitting a written request to by October 25, 2016. Only one transfer is permitted within the same park. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

                                    Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Registration Check-In
All badges will be distributed onsite. You can pick up your badge and registration materials from the Hospitality Desk in the Grand Lobby (Belt buckle) of the Fort Worth Convention Center (1201 Houston St. Ft. Worth, TX 76102) beginning Monday, November 7 at 12:00 p.m.

Badges will be required for entrance into all educational seminars, food functions, social events and the Expo.

Media Passes

To apply for a media pass, please complete the following application. All fields must be completed in order for your press registration to be processed.

After we have received your credentials, they will be reviewed and are subject to approval based on press space allocation and management's discretion. You will be notified within one week if you are approved for a press pass. Submitting the press pass registration form does not guarantee that you will receive a press pass, and press passes will not be granted to anyone whose principal purpose for attending our event is—in our judgment—for reasons other than covering them as working news media.
