ARVC NATIONAL GEOCACHING PROGRAM
ARVC members, join our national treasure hunt!
ARVC has joined the geocaching craze that's already captured the hearts of more than two million outdoor enthusiasts throughout the country. Geocaching is an outdoor hide and seek treasure hunt for GPS users. To showcase our industry's love of outdoor activities, and this new trend in particular, ARVC has launched the Discover America's Hidden Treasures in RV Parks and Campgrounds program. We will encourage outdoor enthusiasts to come and find treasures treasure boxes and treasures of nature in our parks!
Starting March 1st , GoCampingAmerica.com will encourage site view-ers to give geocaching a try and of course, will suggest they do so in an ARVC member park! If you already offer geocaching activities and would like to be listed, let us know.
If you would like to add your first geocache within your park and need some tips on getting started, check out our Treasure Hunt Toolbox, or work on your caching lingo with our cachtionary. Once you are up and running with the game, let us know and we will add information on your park to the web site.
