Calling all ARVC Parks to Plan-It Green!
Everywhere you turn lately there is increased focus on the environment and what society needs to do to properly steward our resources for the future. Throughout the hospitality industry, there are articles, web sites, blogs, and chat groups focused on how to enjoy an eco-friendly vacation and on the business side, similar resources for how to offer such a vacation. As an industry committed to outdoor hospitality, ARVC is proud to take a leadership role in helping RV parks and campgrounds understand how they can become more "green."
Beginning in the first quarter of 2008, ARVC will help you understand how to reduce your environmental footprint in three areas and help you educate your guests about eco-friendly actions as well. ARVC's Plan-It Green program encompasses:
