Member Profile Login and Payment Instructions

Thank you for being a part of the ARVC community! Are you looking for guidance to navigate our upgraded system? In this blog you will find instructions for logging into your ARVC member profile, updating your organization's information, how view and pay invoices, how to manage staff and access member content

How to Log into Your ARVC Member Profile: 

  1. Click ‘Sign In’ at the top of the page 
  2. Enter your member profile information:
    • Username: your unique email address
    • Password: your unique password (The first time you log into the upgraded system, you will need to click ‘Forgot your password?’ to set it up.)
      passwords need to be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one number and one letter.
    • If this the first time signing into the upgraded system or you have forgotten your password, you will need to click 'Forgot your password?' to set up your unique password. Please follow the instructions below: 
      1. Enter your email address and click ‘Send Password Reset Email’  
      2. Check your email for a message with the subject ‘Your new ARVC community password’ 
      3. Follow the link in the email and create your new password 

 

How to update organization information 

  1. Log in at arvc.org
  2. Click 'Welcome [YOUR NAME]’ to access your Profile 
  3. Click ‘Business Info’ in the options on the left 
  4. Click ‘Change’ on the right side of the section 
  5. Edit the information you need to and click ‘Save’ at the bottom 

 

View and pay open invoices 

  1. Log in at arvc.org 
  2. Click 'Welcome [YOUR NAME]’ to access your Profile 
  3. For orders purchased by the Organization (like Memberships and Music Licenses 
    1. Click ‘Business Orders’ 
    2. Click ‘All Orders’ 
    3. Viewing invoices 
      1. To view a single invoice, Click the > on the right end of the row of the invoice you’d like to view 
      2. Click on the down arrow next to the Order # to expand the invoice 
      3. NOTE: If you want to view multiple invoices together, check the boxes next to each invoice you’d like to view and click the eye icon at the top right. Then, click the down arrows next to each Order # to expand individual invoices 

    4. Paying invoices 
      1. To select and pay multiple invoices, check the box next to the invoice and click Pay at the top right 
      2. View the invoice(s) you’d like to pay and click ‘Pay Now’ at the bottom of the page 
    5. Downloading Invoices 
      1. To download one or multiple invoices, check the box next to the invoice(s) you’d like to download and click the download icon at the top right 
      2. You can also open invoice you'd like to download and then click the download icon at the top right. 
    6. Sharing an invoice  
      1. View the invoice(s) you’d like to share and the click the link icon at the top right 
      2. Paste the link that is copied to your clipboard (right click and select paste) into your chosen sharing method (email, etc.) and send.  
  4. For orders purchased by the Individual (like Event Registrations and Education items) 
    1. Click 'My Orders’ 
    2. Click ‘All Orders’ 
    3. Viewing invoices 
      1. To view a single invoice, Click the > on the right end of the row of the invoice you’d like to view 
      2. Click on the down arrow next to the Order # to expand the invoice 
      3. NOTE: To view multiple invoices together, check the boxes next to each invoice you’d like to view and click the eye icon at the top right. Then, click the down arrows next to each Order # to expand individual invoices 
    4. Paying invoices 
      1. To select and pay multiple invoices, check the box next to the invoice and click Pay at the top right 
      2. View the invoice(s) you’d like to pay and click ‘Pay Now’ at the bottom of the page

      1. To download one or multiple invoices, check the box next to the invoice you’d like to download and click the download icon at the top right 
      2. You can also open invoice you'd like to download and then click the download icon at the top right. 
    6. Sharing an invoice  
      1. View the invoice(s) you’d like to share and the click the link icon at the top right 
      2. Paste the link that is copied to your clipboard (right click and select paste) into your chosen sharing method (email, etc.) and send. 

How to Manage Staff

If you manage a single Business (If you manage multiple businesses, skip to the next step): 

  1. Click Business Subscriptions 

  2. Click Manage next to the business you’d like to manage staff for 

  3. Click Members on the left 
    1. To find a specific employee: Type their name in the search bar 
    2. To change current staff roles within the business: Click the box next to the user you’d like to update and choose their role within the business
    3. There are three (3) types of roles available: 
    4. Organization Administratorscan update Business Information, manage and purchase Memberships and Subscriptions on behalf of the Business, and manage staff roles. 
    5. Employeescan view and update Business Information but cannot manage or purchase Memberships and Subscriptions on behalf of the Business or manage staff roles. 
    6. Inactive / Unassigned memberswill be removed from your account within 48 hours 
    7. NOTEThere is no need to click save after changing a staff member’s role; changes will be saved automatically. 

  4. To add a new employee
    1. Click + Add Member and enter their full name and email address.  
    2. NOTE: This email address must be unique to that person and cannot be shared with another individual. 

If you manage multiple businesses:

  1. Click “My Businesses 

  2. Click Manage Roster next to the business you’d like to manage the staff of that park. 

  3. Edit individual staff members by clicking the pencil next to their name 
    1. There are three (3) types of roles available: 
    2. Organization Administratorscan update Business Information, manage and purchase Memberships and Subscriptions on behalf of the Business, and manage staff roles. 
    3. Employeescan view and update Business Information but cannot manage or purchase Memberships and Subscriptions on behalf of the Business or manage staff roles.

How to Access Member Content 

  1. Log in at arvc.org

Once Logged in, from Profile Page: 

  1. Hover over “Member Content” 
  2. Select the content you’d like to view 

Once Logged in, from arvc.org: 

  1. Hover “Member Profile” (must be logged into see ‘Member Profile’)
  2. Select the content you’d like to view 

 

How to Upload your Business Logo and Special Offers (MBPs)

  1. Log in at arvc.org (Here’s how to do that: link to login instructions)

Once logged in, from arvc.org:

  1. Hover “Member Profile”
  2. Click “Update Logos and Offers” 
  3. Upload your logo (NOTE: Logos must be in .jpg or .png format) 

Once logged in, from your profile:

  1. Click Update Logos and Offers on the left side of your profile or under "Member Content" 
  2. Upload your logo or special offer (NOTE: Logos must be in .jpg or .png format)
