Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to ARVC no later than September 26th, 2020. A refund for the full conference fee, less a $50 cancellation fee per registrant, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after September 26th, 2020.
A transfer of your full registration for the current conference is permitted by submitting a written request to info@arvc.org by October 17th, 2020. Limited transfers are permitted within the same park, no transfers are allowed from park to park. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
