President and CEO
Paul is the president and CEO of ARVC.
Senior Vice President, Membership and Marketing
David joined the ARVC team in 2018. After owning his own small business for eight years and working in the indoor hospitality industry focused on meetings and events, he was thrilled to join the outdoor hospitality industry, which combines his past work experience with his love of all things outdoors. When he's not working, he loves just about any outdoor activity—from camping to hiking, biking, climbing, running and fishing—as well as a few indoor activities, such as reading, woodworking and a good card game (Cribbage, Euchre and Gin are his favorites!).
Membership Development Manager
Jeremy joined the ARVC team in 2021. His professional career has allowed him the opportunity to work with businesses in several industries helping them develop successful marketing strategies. He is proud to be a born and raised Floridian and an even prouder father of his teenage son. He and his son love spending time outdoors, camping, waterskiing, Scuba diving, woodworking, and competitive Axe Throwing. He embraces each new day and is looking forward to forging strong friendships in this endeavor.
Suma joined ARVC in 2018. She has lived in India and various parts of the US and moved to Colorado in 2014. She has worked in finance for the past several years, most recently being with the City of Denver. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places.
Director of Membership
Jaqueline (Jaq) hails from the Great State of Texas. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has experience in a diverse array of industries, but it’s her enthusiasm for the great outdoors and broad experience in outdoor hospitality that brought her to ARVC in 2019. She’s lived in some beautiful places – Ocean Beach, CA and Red River, NM to name a few, but they just didn’t hold a candle to her beloved Texas. She now calls Austin home, sweet home.
Vice President, Finance and Information Technology
Krystine joined ARVC in 2018. She is a life-long camper and a native of California who currently calls Sacramento home. She has enjoyed hiking Half Dome in Yosemite, Red Rock Canyon in Nevada and trails throughout Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Parks. She earned her MBA from American Public University and brings experience from diverse industries such as public accounting, manufacturing and government contracting. An avid traveler, she has been to more than 30 U.S. States and 14 European countries.
Senior Manager, Business Development
Gary joined ARVC in 2018 after two successful years as the sales manager for RVShare. He lives with his wife and son in the Akron/Canton, Ohio area. When he’s not working, he enjoys camping, kayaking and sports. Keep an eye out, because he may show up at your park as he travels across the country representing ARVC!
Susan Motley, CAE
Vice President of Member Programs
Susan Motley, CAE
Susan joined ARVC team in 2021. Her career in association management includes managing large events and creating educational programming for funeral directors, nurses, and physicians. Susan loves to travel and is an avid sports fan, combining those twin passions with eight trips abroad to follow the Tour de France. A native of Virginia, Susan and her husband Andrew live in Richmond, VA, with their pug, Holly. For fun, they enjoy camping, especially if they can take their bicycles along with them to explore new and favorite destinations.
Membership and Event Specialist
Heather joined the ARVC team in 2020 but has been working alongside non-profit associations for the past nine years. While growing up, Heather spent a lot of time at a campground in Virginia, where her family camped most weekends. With her past experiences both professionally and personally, this association (and the members!) hold a special place in Heather’s heart. Besides working closely with our members, Heather enjoys singing and was once a highly competitive horseback rider. She also enjoys spending time with her two little girls, husband and pets.
Jeff Sims, CPO, OHC
Senior Director, State Relations and Program Advocacy
Jeff Sims, CPO, OHC
Jeff spent more than 30 years as an owner and operator of the Compton Ridge Campground in Branson, Missouri. His campground was always a member of ARVC, and he spent many years volunteering on the ARVC board and with the Missouri Campground Association, before joining the ARVC staff in January 2011. A graduate of the College of the Ozarks, he lives in Branson and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, kids and grand-kids.
Membership and Marketing Coordinator
Emily is originally from Kansas City and headed out to Denver in 2021 where she landed at ARVC. She graduated with a degree in marketing from Kansas State University and is a proud Wildcat. She worked in membership marketing for several years before joining the ARVC team. Outside of work she loves biking, fishing, and cooking and spending time with friends and family. Seeing people recognize their passion is her favorite part of working within this community!
Riley joined the ARVC team in 2021. She’s a born and raised Tennessean with the accent to prove it. Riley spent six years in the advertising agency world where she specialized in creative problem solving through strategic marketing solutions, especially digital marketing solutions. But her love of the outdoors led her to seek a place where she could marry the two, and ARVC fit the bill perfectly. Riley and her husband, Ross, are on a mission to visit all the US National Parks. They’ve seen 13 so far.
Program and Events Manager
Jen joined the ARVC team in 2021. She currently lives in Providence, Rhode Island.

KC joined ARVC as the Web Developer and Database Manager in 2022, and is based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. With an academic background in management information systems, as well as seven years of professional experience as a digital marketing manager in B2B SaaS for retail and hospitality, it's safe to say he loves all things tech. He loves spending time with his family, friends, and dog, going to the beach, attending music festivals, art and music production, and PC gaming.
